Tuesday, July 31st, 2007When selling your home, you should be aware of certain things commonly found during inspections by home inspectors. Make yourself familiar with problems and how extensive repairs will be before you take them on.
Here’s a list of problems commonly found by home inspectors:
-
1. Poor Drainage. Consider installing new roof gutters and downspouts. Your lot may also be re-graded. This may allow for water to be better directed away from your house.
