In 1984, Donald Free purchased Perry’s largest real estate firm, Richardson Free Realty, originally established in 1968. Richardson-Free was quickly recognized as a trendsetter in the Perry and Middle Georgia area. In May of 1998, Donald Free merged his company with Noel Robbins of Robbins Realty and Insurance and became Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty. In 1999, Scott Free, son of Donald Free, purchased Mr. Robbins' ownership interest and became a partner in the company.
